In 2016, I was screamed at by the owner or whoever for touching two tubed cigars. I missed the sign that said "Do Not Touch", it was an honest mistake. The man was enraged, and despite my multiple apologies, continued to scream at me. As a sign of good faith, I bought the cigars, but I will never set foot in that shop again. I had shopped there several times prior, never had an issue until 2016. All that anger for such a minor misunderstanding. Humiliating experience. Now, and since, I buy all my cigars from Captain's Den and recommend anyone else to do the same. Captain's Den treats people right.

Stopped in for some cigar supplies. This place has a good selection of cigars and supplies. Spoke with the owner for some time, very personable person and really cares about his customers. Great conversation and great service. Well worth stopping in!
Wide variety of premium Cigars, nice environment. Owner is very friendly, professional and welcoming. Its definitely a must see and my favourite go to spot. I highly recommend this local cigar shop for all your smoking related needs. Thank you Smoke & Ashes, keep up the excellent work and service that you do.

I can't comment on the selection, because I've been buying the same pipe tobacco for years, but the owner is awesome. Buying tobacco takes a few seconds, but he's always polite, professional, and friendly enough to want to hang around for a few minutes and have a little conversation with. More than happy to go here rather than anywhere else to support someone willing to go out of his way for customers

Haven't been in minute but Barry has always been a pure delight to deal with. He never forgets a face, makes amazing recommendations and helped me when it came to buying my first tobacco pipe. Really looking forward to picking up some cigars and tobacco!
very expensive. Definitely worth the wait and buy from cigar chief or victory cigars. His prices are highway.
