Is anyone can explain to me how can I buy a new product, if I can't even try it on? I wanted to buy some stuff. I was asking a salesperson to give me some product on a cotton sponge to put it on my wrist. She gave me an answer that she CAN'T help me with me request. I Don't want to waste my money if this product doesn't suit me.
I visited to pick up an in-store order and was tended to very quickly, as the email said I would be. The staff are doing very well considering the current circumstances. Before covid hit, I would visit here every so often for my makeup needs, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful!
Great experience Excellent service One of the ladies helped to get what I was looking for. I was looking a pencil for my eyebrows, she also showed me how I should put it myself (which is a plus as I don't know how to). Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended
I called in line and a prompt associate came out and did my shopping for me! They had a online shopper iPad thing brought out to see my friends recent purchases and I paid within 5 minutes. Amazing service.
Every time I come in here they will NOT leave me alone. Usually a bare minimum of 3 will come up to me but usually 4 or 5 will come up to me and persistently ask if I need help. This is only if I am wearing makeup though; if I come in with no makeup on, they ignore me and give me snooty looks. Honestly most of my experiences at this Sephora are like this so I never shop in store, only online.
Honestly I cannot stand this Sephora. The customer service is poor, many of the employees are not very knowledgeable and the management is rude. The very first time I set foot in this Sephora I was harassed by an employee who followed me around trying to give me a basket as soon as I walked into the store. Profiling much! I eventually told her I would take a basket if she just left me alone. Today I went in to do an exchange with my gift receipt and the manager Kendra was extremely short and rude to me when I tried to exchange a gift that my friend had sent me using her insider points. So help me I will never support Sephora again. I will re-gift my gift cards and wash my hands of this store and their toxic employees.
