Great customer service. Short wait times to get assistance. There answer all my questions and were very professional. During the short wait time you can browse the different phones and accessories in the store. There is touch screen panels you can use to see their cell phone plans and other services they offer.

I cancelled my service with sasktel as i was moving homes and no longer required cable tv. Someone at sasktel forgot to actually put it through and a few months later i got another bill for multiple months of unused service. Initially they told me they sorted out the issue and i should be receiving a check in the mail as i had actually over paid for service on my final bill. Fast forward to now and i got a call from a collection agency because someone at sasktel forgot about me. I generally have had great service from this company, but this is extremely dissapointing. Not sure they will or can even do anything to make up for the issues in my credit score this has caused. If dealing with this company be sure to follow up on them keeping their word to their customers so you dont end up in my position
I had a unusual time, but the lady who helped me through my trouble with the i-phone. She spent a lot of time with tec support to get my problem fixed. I thanked her very greatly for spending about a hour of time.
I was promptly served and was treated with respect.
