The worst delivery service in Saskatoon. They will attempt 1 to deliver only and if you are not home you have to pick it up. Some how you magically will know when their coming, so you can be home.. Your paying for your package to be delivered not to be picked up. l dont have the time to go and pick up anything. It's why I'm paying to have my package delivered. Just leave it at the door for Gods sake or.

By far one of the worst delivery services in Saskatoon. They attempted a delivery one time, gave up, and was told to come pick up my order. This has happened numerous times. Living in a multi-unit building can be a challenge for delivering some packages, but this has yet to prevent any other delivery businesses from getting to my door. Staff at this location is frequently friendly and understanding, at least. Their saving grace is extended hours for pickup.
I went to Purolator to ship a large photo and had no idea how to get the proper materials to ship to BC without it breaking. I went on Monday September 21st between 6:00pm and 7:00pm and the two women that were working the front desk were insanely helpful. One searched in the back for recycled cardboard big enough for me and the other physically helped me wrap my product. They made my trip so much easier than I expected and I really commend them on their customer service.
The staff there are wonderful. I always have a great experience picking up my packages. Their positive and happy to help.
I use Purolator several times a week for business. The staff are phenomenal and they go above and beyond to be helpful. Also, the Avenue C location has a 7 PM cut-off on weekdays which works well if you have a parcel that needs to get out before the end of the day.
Great staff. They were quick and friendly when we brought in over 40 boxes to be shipped. Over we have had no problems shipping with them.
poor service... I understand there was a delay because of snow storm in SK.. I called them multiple times that I'll just pick it up and save them a trip to my place. talked to a lady in the front and told me she can't help me because there's 5 thousand items in the back and she has no time to search for it, she told just wait next week maybe it will be delivered.. She did'nt even try another option to find it or ask her co workers for help. I've been waiting for my package since Nov. 4 and that was important package. very poor service
Service person was polite and very helpful. I would recommend them.
