Just repeated everything the GP who referred me to them had already told me which did not help me. My experience with pain was completely invalidated by both Dr. Payton and her resident. They did not listen to my concerns. When I asked questions, they laughed. As a young woman I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience here as I had looked forward to being heard. I will be getting a second opinion, hopefully from someone who cares.

I never find the stuffs maintaining their professional manner regarding how they talked with us whether in person or over phone. On the other hand, the waiting time is significantly intolerable. We know that the doctors have some other works other than meeting with the patients. Hence, Doctors should make their schedule accordingly, waiting hour after hour for mismanagement is..... I have nothing to say...
This was is worst place to be even in your dreams. Horrible customer service, 0 manners either on phone or in person. Lazy staff and on top of all, due to covid shi** , their rudeness is topping all other horrible traits.
the staff was honestly so rude to me during my whole experience there and i was nervous as hell and they did not help me at all. very disappointed, would give 0 stars if i could.

Dr Davidson is who I've been seeing. I love her, she's wonderful and full of knowledge. She never makes me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Best gyno in Saskatoon hands down!!
