North Prairie did a wonderful job and beyond our expectations for our home in Saskatoon. We started the process and it was completed right on time and we were very surprised to see it completed this soon. It’s been 2 months now we are living in our house and no complaints yet. At the end it turned out better than expected. Angela helped us in the begging to discuss the layout and now Danielle in customer support has been great to answer any questions we have now. Overall great experience and great after care service as well!

Would definitely recommend North Prairie as a home builder. They were great to deal with when purchasing our new home. We were able to customize a few items in our new home to really make it feel our own. Their customer service has been incredible when following up post home sale. We love receiving the email reminders for seasonal home care and feel very comfortable reaching out with any questions or concerns we may have. They were able to fix the few small items at our 60 day inspection same day and we are confident we will receive the same quality service at our 1 year inspection!

We bought our first house with North Prairie and we have been very impressed with the customer support. We have had minimal issues with the home, but the small things that have needed fixing such as the front step have been fixed quickly upon reaching out to support! Karen is very helpful and the videos on the north prairie site are very helpful as a first time home buyer. We love our home and would recommend north prairie to anyone because their customer support is amazing! Thanks Karen for everything and thank you to the workers who come and help us when we need repairs.

I purchased a North Prairie show home and couldn't be happier. I searched and searched for the "perfect" home and felt defeated. I walked into the North Prairie show home and had to have it. It was so beautiful inside and had everything I could need and want in a new home. I love the detail and the design that went into the house. Someone carefully and thoughtfully designed it, so it made sense and so it works for a family. I did not want to purchase a new home in fear of poor quality, poor customer service and a home warranty that doesn't ever seem to be in the buyers favor. North Prairie proved me completely wrong. I have never seen such better customer service. From the walk through a week before move in, to the walk through the day of move in, to still checking in 2 months later, customer service has been top notch! They pride themselves on customer service and are rocking it. They are easy to get ahold of if you have a concern or a simple question. The kitchen tap leaked and a plumber was there the next day to have it fixed. I had another question about the plumbing and the plumber answered all my questions and took time to make sure I had no further concerns. I have been in the house almost 2 months and the quality of the home appears to be great. This was a such a pleasant experience, I highly recommend North Prairie. They will have my business and my positive review going forward.

I just finished a 15 month rental term on a North Prairie rental unit. Their rental suits are top quality and I experienced no problems at all. They would check in on smoke detectors and furnace filters, and make sure everything is working 100%. Their staff was great to deal with from their office team to their field team. I was truly satisfied throughout the full process. They were very thankful I took care of their property and my damage deposit was paid back with no questions asked. They also have a great program for incentives for any renters looking to purchase a home in the future. I’d 100% recommended North Prairie for any rental needs.
