Recently purchased over 1,000 worth of parts and before I even walked through the door, I felt heavily disrespected. I’m assuming it was the manager who was at the door that day, but as I was walking up with a couple friends, who were also buying some parts and were separate from me, we were treated unprofessionally. The manager bursted out the door saying he couldn’t let us in as we were too big of a group. They say it’s because of Covid regulations on the door, but who cares how many of us are in the store if we are all buying something and are social distancing in the store? Even if it takes up “half your capacity,” why would you treat customers in such a way? Unfortunately this is really the online place to get PC parts in person in Saskatoon right now, so if it wasn’t for that, I would’ve just walked away. Working in a customer service position in the past, that’s not how you treat customers, let alone ones who are about to spend a good portion of money at your store. Spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Very nicely stocked with high end PC parts had a great experience buying my new pc. Very knowledgeable staff friendly. Only bad thing is it's hard not to spend alot of money in there. Please hurry and open a new store in Regina!!!

I've never felt safer going to a store in my life especially when the manager does his/her job but in this case his job of keeping employees and customers safe by following strict social distancing safety measures. I especially appreciate that he does his job by keeping "Covidiots" out of the store that fails to understand basic concepts. I've also done the same thing as an unmentioned "Covidiot" and liked my own review.

Great prices, although you aren't allowed to browse any components as they are blocked off, where in other stores you are free to browse, so that was a disappointment as I was going to spend a lot more money in store if I could've seen the stuff I wanted to buy. Overall beautiful store, good service, but the covid restrictions are stupid at this store.

Ordered a motherboard and processor online and they were ready for pick up quickly. They also offered install of the processor which was nice. Also got some RAM which was installed as well. The installation of the processor and RAM was very quick. Everything works perfectly and the service was great.

Best pricing in the city. Knowledgeable staff, in house financing, great selection of everything, service center, price match upon request, and huge online store as well. Al your computer needs in one store. Parts and pieces to custom build your own computer, including lighting, memory, ram, monitors, housing. This is the place to go!!

Great experience! Had video cards in stock and at MSRP. Sales associate listened to my needs and recommended not the most expensive one. Loved it!

Not impressed at all. Got the "You're female, ergo you can't know tech things" attitude over the phone. I have an older laptop that is still serving me well except that the fan is dying. I called in, ready with the laptop make, the fan model number (offered to send a photo if they didn't trust me to know what I was looking at). I asked to order the part and when it came in, I would pay the install (one hour of labour minimum charge) plus the part. They looked it up on the computer, but wouldn't tell me the cost of the part, refused to order it without a tech "diagnosing" it (more 'labour' even though I have all the info) AND I would have to leave my laptop there for a week, I couldn't bring it in for the two second "diagnosis" and come back when the part was in. Total B.S. SO... tried to support local for convenience and ethics, but now I'll order it on Amazon from China for 30 and replace it myself. A male friend suggested you because he's had a positive experience, but after this experience, I'll never support you. Peace.
