Having never been to a Lush location before, I was given a tour by a friendly employee. I will say that the staff have a very positive attitude that really brightens the place up. However, I was disappointed when I was recommended (and later purchased) a product that I was assured did not contain an ingredient that I am allergic to, only to find later that it did indeed contain said ingredient. My friend was with me as well, and she was pushed time and time again to demo the products, despite the fact that she repeatedly stated that she has rosacea and cannot risk a flare-up. I was sold a cut of soap that was advised for my sister with eczema, but it caused her hands to become irritated and cracked. After having done some research, I have discovered that the absurd amount of fragrance in the soap was the likely culprit. Overall, there is a poor understanding of how the products interact with basic skin conditions. The staff are not doctors, understandably, however Lush as a whole is dishonest when they recommend, say, an oatmeal face product because "oatmeal is soothing", when said product also contains loads of sensitizing fragrance. I'm not sure if I will be a repeat customer, but honestly, I'm sure the products are just fine for more "thick-skinned" customers. I just fear that there are more people out there being advised to use more and more sensitizing product in order to improve rashes, acne, etc.

The products are made with excellent quality ingredients, and shown off by a very knowledgeable staff. Seeing products in action and being able to feel them on my skin prior to purchasing is a huge plus. The staff here are very friendly and really try to make your day.
Really good service. Liked the idea of using soap to wash my hands when I went in instead of hand sanitizer. They were good with physical distancing and still helpful.
I have been here multiple times over the last year or so. The one worker I found helpful and caring ended up being fired, so I have decided to give this store up for good. Kat was such an amazing Lush worker. From her knowledge about the products, to her overall friendliness and attitude, she kept me coming back for more products. Although I love the idea of fresh, vegan beauty products, I HATE the idea of firing hardworking women. What’s up with that?
My go 2 place for all my bath and relaxation needs!!! I absolutely love the selection of the bath/jelly bombs and the place always smells heavenly!! Such kind staff always willing to lend a hand! I am now a lover of shampoo bars now thanks to you! Also, I love how also the staff involves not only the adults, but also children! Makes our shopping experience a day to always remember! My boys are STILL talking about how smooth the water was from the jelly bomb the lady at the store showed them! We will definetly be back!

Don't bother going till covid is done. You can't browse and they seem to not really want customers.
