I came into the Betts store tonight (Jan 23) after going to the "Orange Store" that we speak not bad about. I was looking for a certain size flush mount light to match the others in my basement. I was met by 2 sales associates "MATT & ROBERT" Both of them went OVER and above what I call good customer service!! The 2 associates were so helpful and deserve a good mention!! With them working I was very happy and will recommend this store and shop here VS the "Orange Store 100% Happy

Loved their pre Christmas sale! I bought a Cedar Christmas planter with Pine and Christmas bulbs placed in wooden tub. Looks awesome. It was very heavy! Great price!
Always have what I need. Mostly easy to find stuff. Good prices and lots of selection. Don't take air miles anymore, which sucks

They have an older gentleman working in the paint department who is an absolute gem. I had a wall damaged when moving out of my house, deep red color, and not something they could match from a sample. He took the time to find a swatch and mix something up that would let me touch it up without fully painting. Will happily come back again for that service.
Went in looking for a washer & dryer, knew exactly what I wanted, a sales associate “Dave” was so helpful, very humble and friendly, beat the price I had from The BRICK, went to the checkout to explain everything, he arranged quick delivery, I left feeling great and happy for the great customer service! Thanks Dave!
My experience is usually poor here if I need to ask anyone for help. Usually just better on my own. The best person I have ever had help me was Steven. I am pretty sure he didn't even belong to the department I was in. But he helped anyway. You guys should hire trades to be in these area's so they are able to help you properly and answer questions. And have used the products that you are selling.
In this modern world, they don't have tap payment system. Such a waste of time visiting their . Hopefully this post gets to their branch manager attention.
