I was in the La Prep in Saskatoon. I stopped yesterday for What USED to be delicious quiche. I had a mushroom/truffle quiche. For 5.99 it was a small slice then when I took a knife to it it was like cutting a steak. It was hard and tasted like it had been on the shelf for the whole week. The pastry tasted like it was freezer burnt. I could not believe it. Before The quiches used too be light and fluffy and crispy flaky crust. I was not greeted with a hello, a smile or a thank you. Also the man that served me smelled like he needed a shower. Had an unclean body smell. Definitely not what you want to smell when you order food or drink. Never never will I go there again our recommend it to anyone.

Very fresh and healthy fruits and veggies. I don't believe any of the meat is cooked fresh, just reheated. Nice clean area to eat.

I had the chicken avocado wrap grilled. The meal with cranberry juice came to 10.50 which I thought was fair. The wrap tasted good, but the avocado was used sparingly. They have a lot of options, where you are best to attempt to look through their displays to see everything. They had wraps, ciabatta buns, and a type of pita sandwich. Plus a variety of salads including a pasta dish option. I'd be skeptical to try their lattes based on prior people's reviews.

I decided to give them a chance after hearing they were under new ownership so I have stopped in a couple times to grab breakfast on the way to work. The bagels are genuinely inedible. They were stale but also somehow the toaster managed to leave the bagel still cold. The fruit, yoghurt, and oatmeal are all way overpriced for what you get. The tea lattes are bland, like they don't know how to make them. Couple that with service that is about as enthusiastic as a someone facing a root canal and to be frank go anywhere else.

I hoped to like it but my iced caramel coffee seemed to taste only of milk and tons of caramel. Too sweet and no coffee.

This food is barely edible and really quite nasty. Would never suggest to anyone.

The server was upset when I ordered an iced coffee, even though it was on the menu. She completely ignored me when I said thank you, and was passive aggressive. Literally - any standard café has coffee, milk and ice.

Overpriced for what it is. My wife, son and myself had 2 sandwiches, 2 soup, a cup of grapes w/ cheese, cookie and drinks which cost us over 44. We could have went to an actual restaurant and had full murals for the same price. To top it off, the soup was almost inedible.
