They were very quick and efficient hemming and taking in my kid's pants.
I had three coats to work on. One needed to be taken in, another new buttons and a third had a bunch of rips in the liner. She did an amazing job, I am very pleased. I just moved from New Brunswick and I would have paid a lot more there. Thanks so much.
Very disappointed. I went to Kay’s to get the waist reduced in a pair of nice dress pants. After waiting at the desk for a while, she finally came to the front. She grumpily told me to go try on the pants. When I stepped out, I told her what I’d like fixed. She quickly made a rough mark on the back of the pants where they needed to be altered. When I returned, I again waited at the front desk for an extended period. Luckily there was a nice man also waiting for her to come to the front desk so we visited. I tried the pants on again to make sure they fit. I could barely slide them up my thighs. I came out of the dressing room to tell her about the issue, but there was no one around. After waiting about 10 minutes at the front desk, I became irritated and left. I do not recommend.

Excellent place to get alterations done. They know what they're doing and the prices are reasonable. They are EXPERIENCED and are PROFESSIONALS at what they do. They've done hemming a pair of jeans to taking in and doing some major alterations to my grad dress. Was done on time and was fairly a good price. A great locally owned business Saskatoon! I for sure recommend this place to anyone!
