Our vinyl siding has been damaged twice, in 8 years since it was installed, by wind storms. This company, who did the original work patched it up the first time and now say it is passed warranty. The professional who is going to fix it made it very clear the original job was poorly done and he will need to rehang most of the back wall. He noticed other poor workmanship in other parts of the house. He said his company would have fixed the problem even if the warranty was up, because they would stand behind their work.

I have been undergoing renovations the past couple of years. It is a slow process, I am finding. I always have a million questions and the lady who runs the office is always beyond helpful and if she doesn't know what I am talking about, she finds out! Customer service is great and the gents that own the company are very customer oriented, they know what their customers need! Great product, knowledge and reliable service! I won't go anywhere else!
This company is amazing, they go above and beyond to help their clients. Their prices can't be beat, and the customer service that is provided is great. The renovation process is often a long slow process, with lots of unknowns popping up, and I appreciate all that the staff have done for us. I can't even thank the lady who answers the phones enough for putting up with me and all my questions, she never fails to have the answers.
We got our siding and soffit done for our shop by global exteriors last summer and they did a fantastic job. At first we were going to try and do it ourselves, but we ran out of time in summer. In the end, I'm very glad we got them to do it. They not only made it look very polished, but they also worked hard to finish the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves too, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend them!
Very disappointed with this company. A year to get a side door and it is the wrong size and they refuse to give our money back. Stay away from this company!!!!
