I was unable to pick up my package so fed ex said I can pick it up at this location when I'm in town. Little did I know that they are closed for 4 hours in the middle of the day. They could have easily sent it to the Express location 1 block away that has normal business hours. Good thing I paid so much for the shipping for incredible sub par service.

Just so no one makes a wasted trip like I did the "new" pick up hours that I can't find anywhere online are: Monday to Friday 8am-12:00pm and 4pm to 6:30pm. So don't try to pick up on your lunch break because that would be too convenient for a customer.
I have used fedex ground three times and got them to hold my package for pickup because I live in an apartment and work during the day. 2 of 3 times they lost my package in their warehouse and said the tracking number on the door tag they gave me "didn't exist" after 3 phone calls and 2 attempts of me driving to their warehouse to pick up they had misplaced my package on a shelf in their warehouse.
My tire delivery not arrived in time, I went to Fedex ground to collect my tire , lady at front desk not really happy , just let her know need to improve on your customer care service My review nothing do with fedex, they are the best courier service in Canada
