From start to finish I had a pretty bad experience. I went in to order wall paper and received almost no help in finding a the pattern I was looking for. I ended up finding wall paper and was quoted for my wall. I agreed to the price and ordered. When I went to apply the wall paper, I quickly realized I was short on wall paper and would only be able to cover half of the wall. I called to ask if something went wrong with my order, since my receipt said my correct dimensions. The manager blamed me and said I gave the wrong dimensions (even though it said on the receipt what I had ordered). To order more would end up costing me 800 for a medium sized wall, so I said I would return it. They would not take the wall paper back, even though it was their fault I didn’t get the correct amount. So I have now spent WAYY over my budget because of their mistake. To make it worse, when I went to pick up the extra wall paper, I was told the invoice wasn’t ready and if I wanted to take the paper I would have to leave my credit card and they would call me when the total was ready and to take my payment over the phone... they ended up charging my card without calling to tell me the total or give me an invoice. Not impressed with any of it.

If you're staining a deck this year, make sure you see these folks to rent the sanding machine! What a difference it made. Our deck looked like brand new wood. Ken suggested stain color, and as usual, it was perfect. The whole project went so smoothly and the finished product is spectacular. I'm a long time customer for a reason. Thank you EASTSIDE!

Picked up a fedex package here for my wife. We share the same mailing address. Every other courier releases package to person with same mailing address on photo id. I hadn’t even said anything when the owner in an abrasive and authoritative matter states, “Well it’s at our discretion, so if my staff ever say no just don’t get upset, I’ll let you take it this time.” Just a power and hero move. Just not personable or professional, wouldn’t ever conduct business here. Owner did not have to be rude or authoritative about the matter, could have stated the fedex protocol matter of factly. Went out of his way to state that it will or will not be released at their discretion.
Ken was full of great advice and was very knowledgeable. He even let me know that a sale was happening in the next couple of weeks so I would save money. Great customer service!
