Poorest customer service. .customer is wrong even though the battery wasn't the problem like we told them when brand new tractor quit at 6 hrs. Won't take the tractor back even though it hasn't worked as a snow blower in 3 wks. Told by some guy named Chad to go buy a Massey if we weren't happy with a JD. It's really laughable as we sold our 7 yr old Massey to buy a JD with a power steering as my husband is disabled. This dealership also threatened to call the cops on us if we dropped the tractor off ...I think they are racial because I'm br?own
