The staff are great and they attend to maintenance requests quickly. Apartments are nice especially corner units with lots of natural light. However, due to many updates, a lot of construction noise during the day. Very little can be done about noisy neighbours pounding feet however they will shut down noisy parties if you call for security. Air conditioning is nice in summer! Building overall too hot in winter (feels like a retirement home) so often have a window crscked. Underground parking is great in the winter (wait 6 mon to get a spot). Convenient shops on ground level. Gorgeous views and river walking trails are a huge draw.

Great place to live. Building is well maintained. Issues are dealt with quickly. I’ve been here 8 years with no plans to move.
Good area and view, not worth it with all the other negatives though. They say it has AC but it does basically nothing, so we had to purchase our own. In the winter there is no way to turn down the heat because its an older system all connected through the building. I have the heat off in my suite but it is even hotter than in summer time. This means its like a sauna in here in summer and winter. (if you open windows the cold air can break the radiator and cause a flood) Always something going on where someone needs to come into our suite or turn the water off for the day. We signed a year lease, 5 months in they sent us a letter saying our rent would be increased when our lease is up. I know its just bad timing but there is also constant construction going on outside at 9 am every morning, I've heard they are building two new apartment buildings right across the street so i cant wait to get out of here! That combined with sirens all night and day because of the location close to hospitals makes this a bad place to live if you value peace and quiet.
2 yrs of constant upgrades to building and various apartments, water always being shut off for entire day. Smart thing would be to empty the entire building 2 yrs ago and do everything in one complete thing. Rent is to high for all this aggravation.
Even though there are renovations happening in the building and the parking lot I am glad to be living in this building. The managers are great and so are the maintenance workers. I have no complains and again am happy to be residing in this awesome building.

I reviewed before , but there was something happened wrong actually, instead of contacting me they contacted with another tenant with same name ! Its so awkward again. Any way , im really feeling embracing this moment , this building is not a good place to live because of the customer service of this building and management team. One of the lady working here name jody ranger ,she is not helpful,so rude, so mean with her attitudes and behavior . For different problems we went to her for help, she had the ability to helped us but she didint. When we tried to transfer our lease to someone ,we suffered most ! She was not so kind with her words and we faced lots challenges because of her service .if jody is working with broadwalk group ,they wiil spoil their images and loss many of their customers! I made complain for sevaral times over phone but i didn't get any advantages at all. I gonna leave this apartment soon , and really want to discuss with sevaral issues ,conatct me if possible. I dont know again it gonna work or not !
Hey Guys. Don't ever rent these apartments. They don't take any action if you have any problem. On my floor someone has the so filthy that all the hallway are filled with the worst smell ever. We have been complaining about this 3 months now. I was told they are working on it and if those people doing clean their apartment then they will be evicted in a month. Its been 3 months. The smell is getting worst every day. They didn't do anything. And you have to run to the elevator to get out of the hallway. You can't work in the kitchen because it is just next to the main door. The smell is so bad that you would throw up in your kitchen. Its is so unhealthy for everyone specifically for the kids. And whenever you call them they would rather say that its not that bad since they dont live on this floor. On top of that mailbox were broken into. There is always problems with the elevators even though they are new. Fire alarm goes off every week almost. In once week it went off like 5 times on separate nights. So imagine living here. And I called about the smell problem and online customer service number as well. No use. They don't do anything. And customers service useless people pls don't reply to this review or leave your number showing that you care because I have called that number so many times that I remember that. So don't bother. You guys are useless. When you would come in it looks nice that's how we got stuck here. But we will soon move out but wanted to leave this review so someone else don't have to go through the same problem. Thanks
