We had a good experience with Barry Homes. A storm ripped some shingles off of our roof. The owner himself came out to check and give us a quote. It did take a couple weeks to get it done, but we were not in a rush as he had confirmed nothing would leak. Happy with the fix and will use the company for our renovations we need done soon.

We never imagined that we could build a house but Greg made that a reality. They asked what our budget was and helped us through process to stay in the budget. Our house turned out amazing. Their suggestions on colors and materials were so helpful. If you wanted to take out a window move a wall always upfront about the cost. I would recommend Barry Homes to anyone needing a new home. They really treat you like family and always answer questions.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Barry Homes Developments Inc.. I am a local interior designer who sought out this company after walking one of their models. They offer great floors plans that would suite a growing family, newly wed, or empty nester. As a designer I have worked with several home builders and find the service, selection, and end product to be exceptional.
What can I say, the process, staff, neighborhood all deserve a 5 star rating. My family and I worked with Wendi who went well beyond as our sales agent to helping us search for furniture, tips on staging our previous property and making sure the process was as smooth as possible. She even went to the home to make measurements for our new fridge! We are very happy with our home and feel that we could not have received better service.

They provide unique floor plans that can be customized and also offer interior design consulting to help ensure you're making good decisions.
