Really nice and intricately finished gem of architecture. Volunteers explaining the details and history of the church and the art in it contained are incredibly helpful. Tours are free and start every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:30 AM on a show up basis so no need to book. Very nice, really well done to the organisers too.

If you're on your way to Milan from Malpensa, stop by to admire this stunning Renaissance church. Frescoes are by Bernardino Luini (a pupil of Da Vinci) and Gaudenzio Ferrari. Inside the dome, 120 angels surround God and each holds a musical instrument: some of them are genuine witness to Renaissance musical instruments, some were created by the painter himself! They say this is the most beautiful Paradise in art history.
