Prompt, courteous, COVID-19 appropriate, informative, friendly and thorough explanation of product after install James K. The home consultant was very thorough and his explanation of our new Clora soft system.We had installers here twice for different processes and he followed up after each visit to ensure that we were very happy. The installers showed up on time. They took precautions to insure the floor and other areas were protected. The work was divided up between the two technicians and was done very professionally and quickly. They took time to explain their procedures to me and answered all my questions. Had them in for a water heater inspection and service. Service technician Dan D repaired elements directly pertaining to my water heater's performance and identified issues that also affect our hot water supply. He helped me arrange for the required services to be performed within 24 hours and also advised on available systems to improve my water quality. Did a great job and was extremely helpful. I fully appreciate his professionalism.

My rental hot water tank stopped working. Reliance was out the next day to diagnose. Unfortunately it needed a part. The follow-up with the part could have been handled better, instead of me needing to remind that I still waiting. When I brought it to their attention, it was immediately escalated to a supervisor and it was decided that they would install a new tank and my monthly rental was generously credited. As soon as the decision was made for a new tank, I was the first appointment the next day. Both techs were professional, considerate, polite, informative and got right to work. They both called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and provided all the information upon their departure. Not sure of the 1st tech's name but the second one was Dan. Excellent work and customer service on his part. Thanks!
