Lovely restaurant nestled against a hill with views over the surrounding countryside, hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had roasted garlic head and prawns wrapped in garlic potatoes, followed by an excellent lemon and saffron chicken tangine, the plat du jour. Finished perfectly with a cafe gourmand which had a nice selection. Gets very busy so booking is essential.

Le Cortal has introduced me to the concept of hot stone cooking and it's amazing! Great meat and you get to cook it to your liking which is not only an interesting experience, but also makes for an amazing meal. I'd go back here anytime!
