Good restaurant and a truly familiar environment. Recommended for those who love fish and don't want to compromise on quality even if they make you wait a little bit

At first glance it has a very authentic decoration, tiny but cosy ambient. There is a reasonable seafood menu, with acceptable prices too. Cold and hot starters were very delicious, but can't say the same for the main course. The fish I had was not very well executed. Far too salty, overly fried dry. Apparently their pos machine was down, had to pay cash only. I kindly asked for the receipt and the staff start arguing and shouting each other. The waiter told me the chip and pin is not working, they can't provide the receipt. Kindly mentioned they have to have a working till, chip and pin is just for card transactions. The guy got aggressive and intimidatingly asked me if I am looking for trouble. I asked lastly how they claim their TAX without printing the receipts? That's when he starts closing the distances and faces me during the pandemic without a mask. I left the premises immediately to avoid any unwanted fights. Sadly excessive aggression for a business which is trading over 18 years. I was speaking so calmly and never lost my temper, did not deserve to confronting that rudeness and reckless behaviour after a nice eat out.
The staff seems friendly in the beginning but you only realise why as you receive your bill because they do not follow the menu price.i have been there three times because i like fresh fish and at all these three occasions they overcharged me.when i asked why this for they either said its their mistake or sometimes the price on the menu is different than the original price.this place makes good money you can tell but i could never understand why they treated me this way as if i was a child and not understand whay they were doing to me. The mezes and salad are not that good and sometimes they bring extra mezes saying its on us but eventually they charge you for it.please treat people with more respect because your fish is actually good.
They bump people to make their money. The waiters have dirt under their nails with an undone zip. Zero professionalism. Food was okay, but over charged. Their physical menu and the prices they charge don’t align. Salad was disgusting- especially the Shepard’s salad Don’t go here, go have a kebab.
This place was recommended by a Turkish friend to me. I fell in love with atmosphere and foods there. I recommend it to everyone special people who looking to spend time in cosy restaurant
