Great South Indian food, lovely meal and lovely atmosphere. Went with family of 6, struggled a little with parking in the area so not always easy. We arrived and waited a little while for a table. We were offered 2 tables of 4 but seated separately, this was a shame considering the 2 tables were near to each other and staff were not willing to move them together for us. The tables would have been socially distanced regardless. We decided to wait for a genuine table for 6 instead. Otherwise the service was great, food came ridiculously quick and was delicious, prices were very reasonable. Atmosphere was nice, definitely one of their better branches in terms of dining experience. Menu is extensive at everything we ordered was great, we tried the chilli paneer, mini idlis in sambar, masala Dosa, Kara Dosa, binda and all of which tasted good

The food is amazing here and there are so many choices but the staff and service are very odd! They don't really understand basic English and you have to repeat things 5/6 times. Then while you are trying to eat your food, they check up on your table 6 times while you are trying to eat. They simply don't leave you in peace when the restaurant is half empty, I don't see why they rush to take plates away when we are only half finished.
Just went to dinner with my wife recently. We ordered aloo masala fries, masala dosa and north Indian thali. Unexpectedly, we didn't have to wait long to be served. Every portion was more than ample for two people and tasted great. As a pure meat lover, I can claim that we have never had such a fulfilling vegetarian meal before. Tips: Save some room at the end of the meal for something sweet.
They serve large portions and for fair prices. super friendly staff. 5 stars.
Absolutely awful customer service and shockingly mediocre food for the prices. The restaurant was empty in the morning when we arrived but the waiter hardly paid any attention, instead he just pointed us to an empty table and walked off which I thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. He seemed more interested in customers who were from a South Indian background. In this day and age, I find it hard to believe that some people still treat customers differently based on race, it's vile and disgusting. Apart from abysmal treatment the food in itself is overpriced and cuts corners when it comes to flavour. The sambar was rather bland and watered down, with severely subdued flavours. The masala dosa was cold and only had a small portion of potato fillings. The chana bhatura had no spice at all and just tasted like pure yogurt. I also noticed this place has a lot of great reviews: so perhaps, we visited on one of the bad days. I love South Indian food and would have wanted this place to be my sole South-Indian eatery in the neighbourhood, but after today's experience I will never return here again.
