Am cumparat de la ei parchet stratificat, 160lei mp, mai scump decat ce se afla la Dedeman crezând că o să fie mai calitativ, la 2 luni după instalare au început problemele; stratul de stejar, se dezlipeste de către celelalte straturi, probabil din lipsa adezivului sau adeziv de proastă calitate. Pe lângă asta nu mai raspund la telefon, dar o sa le fac eu o vizită. Nu recomand, căutați în altă parte, primiți si garantie in alte locuri! I bought from them multilayer parquet, 34.50 mp, more expensive than what was at Dedeman believing it would be more qualitative, 2 months after installation the problems started; the oak layer is loosened from the other layers, probably due to lack of adhesive or poor quality adhesive. Besides, they won't answer the phone again, but I'll make them visit. Don't buy from them, look elsewhere!
Am cumparat luna trecuta parchet de la aceasta fabrica, iar calitatea a fost exceptionala. Culoarea pe care am ales-o, s-a potrivit perefect cu camera noastra de zi. Suportul managerului a fost excelent. Recomand. I bought parquets last month from this factory, the quality was amazing and the color matched perfectly in our living room, the support of the manager was excellent.I suggest it.
