This is the worst practice. The waiting room wait time is forever. The dr I saw is cold and matter of fact. The office staff cannot schedule procedures in a timely manner. I tried twice to schedule a procedure and due to my work schedule, tried to ask for a date 3 weeks in advance. Twice they waited 3 weeks to call to schedule, which at that point was too late. I was trying to change offices to one closer and more convenient. I was told that since I am already an established patient with the doctor I saw, I was not allowed to changed doctors. I'm sorry but if I choose to change my doctor, that is my right to do so. I will be going to another practice. I would actually rate them a zero, but it won't allow me to do so

Dr Perry has a decent bedside manner but is always behind schedule so be prepared to wait.

Absolutely terrible customer relations and service. Three weeks later and four phone calls later and no reply or call back. I'm currently a patient and still cannot get anyone to call me back. I finally got ahold of someone in appointments today and they could not help me but promised to let a supervisor know to call me back. Guess what??? No call back. Very unprofessional and unacceptable performance. Update.....now 6 phone calls later and still no call back. I ended up hitting the prompt for existing patience needing appointment just so I try to get someone live to talk to. Lisa answered and said that she would ask a supervisor to please return my call because no one else has. Still no calls two days later. Update...Another two days later after I left a not so nice voicemail and Shannon returned my call to explain that they just contacted my insurance company to get things straightened out...We'll see what happens. I think that the only reason I got a call back was because I left a message saying that my next move was to schedule an appointment with Dr. Perry so I could tell him face to face about his staff and lack of professionalism and diligence. Many times the doctors have no clue how their staff are performing or possibly running their practice into the ground.

I have been trying to make an appointment for over a week and can't get one. They say leave your name, birth date, reason for visit, and phone number. I do all that and one time they called me back but was not able to get to the phone so I called back every day and never got a call back. If the office is operated in this manner I wonder about the doctors that over see this office. I give this rating a no star. Very Very poor.. If they are not taking new patients you think they would call me back and tell me that.
