Absolutely amazing customer service here! Jawad, the awesome guy behind the counter fixed my phone in an hour when I really needed it urgently, life saver! What an amazing service! A genuine man with highly efficient technical repair skills. Apple told me to just buy a new phone but Saras Fix saved me a substantial amount by fixing an issue which exactly took him less than an hour as promised. Fully recommend Saras Fix for any kind of phone repairs.

I had such a unique issue with my laptop and it had broken down just before lockdown. But the IT guys were such a big help, even explaining the issues offering options so that I had the autonomy to choose. They fixed my laptop brand new within the time frame and I was happy!
