This company have just made and replaced my elderly parents fence. The fence panels look great. The price was very good value and the lads were very friendly, polite and accommodating.They did a fantastic job of clearing the old fence panels away. Thankyou for a great job done I would highly recommend.
Getting a fence shouldn't be so frustrating and so much hassle. We was stood up 3 times by this company without so much as a text or phone call to explain why. It's common courtesy and I lost out on money from being off of work. Each time we ended up having to chase them up ourselves and the customer service was extremely poor with excuse after excuse. What I payed for and ended up with was the wrong style too even after I was visited a second time to confirm what we wanted. The solution I was given was \to chop the top of the fence panels off to make them flat\ which would have only shortened our fence panels? It still wasn't the correct style either way. It's not the end of the world that they came the wrong style and they look okay - some of the panels look rushed - but its the principle and there are no excuses for continuous poor customer service and being \busy\ isn't an excuse either. I wasn't expecting a 5 star royal service but I didn't feel valued at all. The owner is rude and ignorant in my opinion. Sorry to say but I won't be returning here for any future work. The only reason we went ahead and persevered is because we needed the fence panels ASAP. The fitters were lovely though and I cannot fault them.
Ordered 5 double pailing fence panels one of which was not of standard size. When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these panels,really well made and to exact specifications. Very good price for this quality,would definitely recommend and buy from this company again,many thanks
When we wanted a patio area in our sloping garden I didn't have to think twice about using Sarah Henry & Son. They replaced all our fencing a couple years earlier and did a great job at a really competitive price and we recommended to family and friends. When they laid the patio area the site was tidied at the end of each day. Colby was professional and gave great advice when choosing the slabs to use. We will be using again for a raised decking project. Sarah and Colby are lovely genuine people to deal with and that goes a long way in my book.
