I was happy with the service but not happy with condition of my vehicle and the condition it was left after apparent finger prints and engine clearance - parts were removed not replaced and bonnet left open - not at all empressed.
The times are wrong they close at 14h00 due to covid. Open at 08h00. Phone is not working at all. Very helpful, clear, efficient. Make sure you have rpc from municipality, invoice for engine, ID and registration doc. I found it an easy experience and pleasant staff. Covid friendly.

Seriously slow service. As a business that regularly needs police clearance to export trailers to neighbouring countries, this is a shocking government service. High value staff need to stand in queue for hours. Surely SAPS can introduce a booking system for commercial users, or at least open for longer hours so that these vehicles can be processed. So far today it appears as if tgey've managed to process 5 cars in 1.5 hours. There's like 20 cars in the queue!!
