We purchased a Civic from Sapphire in December 2020 and the experience was great. The staff were friendly and welcoming and also very knowledgeable about their stock. They were putting real effort into adhering to COVID measures, too. The car we purchased is brilliant and had been cleaned and detailed to a great standard before going on sale and being handed over to us. 10/10.

Great service . Would recommend buying from this garage . They took away all the stress of buying a used car .
Everyone knows going to buy a new car cab be a stressful experience. However the staff at Sapphire really put you at ease. They are very friendly and they make you feel like you have been friends for a long time. They where very honest and you can tell they buy cars that have been well looked after. We had a small issue but it was quickly rectified. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a mid priced car. The prices where very reasonable so no need to barter. When you don't know much about cars it can be difficult to find the right car but with expertise on hand at the garage we where over joyed with the outcome and we are totally in love with our new car. Thank you Sapphire cars!
A honest review of sapphire cars.you get what you pay for .They get a few part chop cars which are good for a run around. But they do medium priced not too over the top cars which are great.Donna the boss is Honest.I know strange to call a used car dealer honest. But if I am looking for a car I go there they have a very good reputation.Donna and Rob not forgetting her son Liam are all stars.
I found this garage by chance and I m so glad to have had the pleasure of doing business with them. I have now bought two cars here and it was a real pleasure.Such lovely friendly people, couldn’t have been treated better.5stars plus. The quality of the cars is top class. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future but sapphire cars.Thank you to you all
