We recently ordered the Couple's Package for Valentines Day and we were very impressed! The food was well packed and tasted delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We'd also arranged for it to be delivered to our family and they enjoyed it too. I also provided some feedback in relation to how the tea was served, which Sapna listened to and took onboard. Very professional throughout. We will be ordering again for sure! Thank you Sapna.

Good food, sub par service
Paid 1000 deposit for a function to be held in summer 2020 - deposit paid prior to going into COVID lockdown where everything was cancelled. Sapna Caterers refuse to pay my deposit back even though I was entitled to it.They refused to take my calls and respond to emails when I asked for the deposit. To this day they have my money - Anyone else lost their deposit or money during covid cancellation?
We just ordered the lamb from the festive menu and I must say it was absolutely delicious!! We were all so impressed how evenly it was cooked and the flavours were so on point. The rice and samosa chat were also delicious. Everything was packed really well and came with a set of instructions how to assemble the dishes which was very helpful. Too bad I ate the samosa chaat before I could take a pic of how well I assembled it! Will be ordering more from their home delivery menu for sure.
Amazing customer service from Rumana from the very first day I contacted Sapna Caterers and everything was really well executed by Zeeshan on the wedding day as I planned it. They are miles ahead of their competitors in terms of customer service and quality of the food. We had a lot of compliments about the food in respect of the taste and presentation from our guests. We cannot recommend Sapna enough and we will definitely use them in the future.
