It's not a bad place to eat from food is nice but not all the time not when they rush. But they never answer the phone on weekend when you try to order and when they do they rush you and make you think they do you a favour taking your order and I have had my order wrong so many times but I don't complain would only recommend to have a takeout from here on a weekday not the weekend. They need to get more organised or they going to loose a lot of business

I came to Santos for the first time with my son last week and we loved the food. Came back the following week with my daughter and again I was very impressed. The chips are so nice and the we had chicken wraps which are beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful also. 5 stars from us.
Overall good experience. Enjoyed their speciality Fatayer which is a type of pizza but with a twist. Chicken wings were too oily. They need little bit focus on customer service. Central location in dewsbury as its near bus station.
Love love their spicy chicken burgers. Chicken and chips is of a good portion. Place is clean and service is fast.
It's a nice enough place with good food at reasonable prices. Two gripes though. Firstly, on several occasions I have asked for an item such as pizza on its own but the staff seem to completely disregard that and give as well as CHARGE for a whole meal. I have tried raising it with them but to no avail. Secondly, the management really need to crack down on anti social behaviour on their premises such as people not wearing masks or observing social distancing measures...
