Got me some slices and a drink for lunch earlier today. Pizza was great, it was affordable, and the owners, employees were nice too. Can't wait to come back again.

I'm tired of hearing about pizza. Pizza, Pizza, Pizza! Let's talk about Italian foods! Yes, I'm talking about Santino's Restaurant in Sherman Oaks. I'm talking about 5 stars 5 diamond food and get in and out for 20 bucks. There is no valet. Yes, there is free parking in the back and on the street! There are no waiters or waitresses. Yes, that means no double the tax for a tip! I just leave a buck or two in the jar at the counter. Everyone that eats at the restaurant orders and pays for the food at the counter. Then the clerk or manager brings you the food at the table. Yes, there is inside dining or outside tables on the sidewalk! Nice! Well, let me talk about the food. Chicken Marsalla, Chicken Picatta, Chicken Alfredo, I can't stop eating this! Now this is five stars and five diamonds with all the trendy vegetables that stop cancers. Yes, I'm talking about broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. Some may say that's not Italian? Then I say tomatoes aren't from Italy. They are from the United States. Let us live and eat! God bless Santino's! Well, I guess I have to talk about pizza. Yes, I love pizza. Santino's NY Round? I haven't even got there yet! Why go there when Santino's has the Neopolitan Square pizza too! I swallow that whole like a Penguin eats fish! I got to stop typing. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it, and it's 11:30 at night.
We stopped here for lunch on the way back from our trip. We had a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 teenagers 13-16). We waited about 30 mins, which for a group that size is OK. The pizza was very good I thought and the teenagers loved it. The staff that we had was great and very friendly. Can definitely recommend this place.
Very nice place very nice service but after ordering almost 80 worth of food there was little flavor. To me Italian food hits your mouth and you absolutely know it's Italian food from seasonings to pasta or dough and most definitely sauce there should be distinction. New York style pizza I was so excited to taste ordered a whole pie had no flavor the sauce was dull the cheese was too light and there was no Italian seasoning labor to it at all meatball sandwich was essentially the same very bland. There was an antipasto salad ordered that was okay I would say the most enjoyed dish was the lasagna. Unfortunately this was not a great experience for the money.
