Meat night! We were in the mood for beef on our recent visit. The strip loin was tender and grilled to a perfect medium. The slow cooked beef was flavorful and fork tender. The flavour combinations of the dishes were interesting and allowed a taste of authentic cuisine. This is high end food though. The quality of everything was very evident. The cocktails are a refreshing change from the ubiquitous Pisco Sours in the area. From traditional to inventive, they are all made with quality ingredients. This is actually what brought us here for supper. Our first visit was just for happy hour. When we experienced the quality of the cocktails, we knew we would have to return for the food. Luis was a friendly and fun waiter, which made the evening memorable. He reminded us that Chilean fish is still his personal favorite menu item. So we'll be back when we are in the mood for fish. N.B. Here's a tip for North Americans when ordering a grilled steak. Be specific in how you want it. They use a numeric code here, which baffles me. I ordered "pink center with warm meat" and got my perfect medium. If I wanted medium rare I would have said "red center, cold meat". It also helps to have a picture chart on your phone.

Lindo para tomar un trago afuera. Tiene ofertas de tragos sin alcohol. Aunque no tuvimos suerte con la elección de tragos. Pedi un Piña Colada y fue demasiado escaso, puro hielo. Y a mi pareja le resultó demasiado dulce el suyo. Pero no probamos nada más. Lindo ambiente
