Quick service but parking is too difficult

The line was short and I did not have to wait for long before my name was called. Unlike the PLDT office in Soledad where you will get cobwebs before an attendant sits in their place and starts calling numbers. Indeed my concern was rectified even before I left this PLDT office. Very good service. The only problem with this place is you can’t find a good parking area as the space is only good for two vehicles.

There's only one customer service representative at the moment. We were waiting for 2hrs. Others already left. They were once really efficient. But now they even have 12:30-1:30pm.

Im from Sta Rosa Laguna. I went to PLDT Sta Rosa to apply for my line with DSL for my son who is currently staying in his dormitory in Dasma because he is currently studying in La Salle Dasma. I was told that I need to go to Cavite because their system is not integrated to their other branches and that it takes time to coordinate with their other branches. What kind of service is that? I mean we are not in the 1980's. Their system should have been advanced by now. At least integrating their branches nearby. How inconvenient is that? They are introducing fibre technology to customer and yet they cannot among themselves coordinate with each other.
