I live near here and most of the time my orders are either incomplete or they serve the wrong food.

Incomplete order .. Not answering the phone!
We ordered big mac with regular fries and milktea float and double cheese burger with regular fries and orange juice. Employees are polite and friendly. It was nice to see them following the segregation rules of garbages. Clean tables. Comfort room needs a little more cleaning but does not give bad odors. Big mac had a little too much lettuce and the fries were not newly cooked. Coudl've gone the extra effort since there were very few people there. Overall this branch is still good enough. EDIT: the drive through experience is irritating. Crew members keep forgeting to give us extra ketchup that we asked for and spoons for our hot fudge sundaes. A family member ordered sausage mcmuffin with egg and hash browns and coffee with 2 sugars and 2 creamers, and the crew member asked what our drink of choice is and gave the coffee without the creamers and sugars. Happens almost everytime at drive thru. Had to remove 2 stars.
