Goldilocks food will always be favourites especially laing, dinuguan, and pork barbeque. Taste is consistent in all branches and very familiar and distinguishable. They offer different sets of combo meals so it is easier to select food choices. No major issue with service at SM branch when the day is slow. However during holidays and days where there are events, the food preparation and serving could be very challenging and frustrating especially when one is very hungry. Regardless, I am still hoping for the continued presence of Goldilocks in SM Sta. Rosa and hopefully it will be successful and flourish once again just like in the previous years.

Bad customer service. The cashier is way to slow and rude. Lack of proper orientation and basic knowledge is the reason why I'm giving 2/5 stars. I
