Piss poor service. STUPID people working their. THEY ASKED ME FOR ID i provided Philippines government ID that said im s permanent resident. I provided a Philippines Drivers License. I provided a cedit card and this was not good enough to simply buy a SIM card for my US phone thats paid off. So the Philippine government can okay me to be here permanently. The philippine government can issue me a government drivers license, i can rent a house, i can buy a motor cycle but i cant have a filipino phone number. Please dont deal with these gagoo bastus people.

Very disappointed to the lady who assisted me. I forgot to get her name. I am asking her if I could get the amount since I'll be paying for my broadband. She told me that the person who will assist me int the payment will be telling me how much..I waited for almost 1-1/2 hour when my turn came..the payment counter told me that I cannot pay since its my first billing. Does this makes sense if its your 1st billing you won't be able to pay your bill in Globe centre..and then I waited for that so long, I even have an appointment and even the lady in customer service would not give how much is it..Very bad impact on your clients..Hello Globe, you should take good care of your loyal customers or otherwise will be switching to other networks..Very dissatisfied on how you handle your customers.
