Just tried Sweat for the first time in Santa Monica and loved it! I'm not an advanced yogi by any means, and the sweat flow class was the perfect challenge of conditioning and flow sequence. Christine was my instructor, and she was great. I could hear her the whole time, and she gave a nice variety of flow sequences. Looking forward to coming back!

I love this place. I've never been into Yoga, but after coming here my opinion has completely changed. I have now added Sweat Yoga into my weekly routine. The place is extremely clean and the instructors are very helpful. Everyone I've met in the class has also been very nice. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
I love Sweat! I recently started going to the 6:30am class a few times a week and I’m hooked. I love that you truly get a serious sweat going but it rarely feels too hot. I like the structure of the class as well and that you get to flow at your own pace at times. The teachers are great as well. They’re motivating without being in your face. All around it’s always a great way to start my day!
That place is amazing ! The staff, the great classes’ structure. Super clean and the equipment is very good and clean. Love it
Great air quality, amazing rejuvenating detox, full freedom to move spontaneously with supportive (not overly controlling) teachers!
