Los Angeles County Sheriff

To give a city government office five stars is really weird. But so was this wonderful pocket of humanity in the Santa Monica courthouse. There was no line and the woman I worked with was wonderfully efficient. The other officers in the office were cordial to me and were joking around with their co-workers which helped lighten the mood considerably. The office appears drab but was really full of life. Can't say I want to go back, but if I do, I know that it (hopefully) won't be the worst.
