Lexus Santa Monica made the experience of buying my first car better than I could have expected! I had been looking online for a new (used) car for months and finally found a 2019 Honda CRV that had everything I wanted at the Lexus Santa Monica dealership. A friend from another Lexus dealership was kind enough to put my in touch with Roxie, who took incredible care of me from start to finish of the buying process. I arrived at the dealership to test drive the car, and knew it was the right fit for me the moment I took it out. Roxie, John, and Mark put my \first-time-buyer\ nerves at ease.
