We took the kids and had a great experience. Our post COVID treatment was great and it was the perfect indoor creative outlet to beat the summer heat. The options (paint colors, ceramics, etc.) could have been expanded a bit more to compare to other establishments with similar services.

Very unprofessional behavior when commenting about the state of pieces when finished. The owner verbally assaulted me, and threatened to hurt me. Manager refused to believer her son (the owner) could do anything wrong. Not a good environment for families. This place did a horrible job finishing my pieces. There were some scratches that were not there when I left them and flecks of dark paint all over my white piece, as well as large globs of excess glaze. When I went back in to bring up the mistakes, just to let the manager know and watch out for it on other pieces. She immediately said I must \Have made all the mistakes myself because no one touches it and they don't make mistakes\. Manager said she couldn't handle the issue and called the owner (her son) he refused to be reasonable saying he would only give any kind of refund if he kept the pieces (which were made with family and had sentimental value) when I suggested something different he got angry and told me to get out of his store. When I left the store he followed me to the parking lot, called me more profanities and threatened to hit me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! When I picked up my piece, it was dull instead of shinny. The color was different than the one I chose, so they must have given me the wrong color! There were spots of dark green on my white tea pot. I have gone to other pottery painting shops so I know what I am doing. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!!!

I took my two nieces and had a lovely time. The workers were very friendly and attentive. The turtles and dog are awesome. Definitely going back!

Owners extremely rude, threatening, and unprofessional! Pieces returned with scratches, clumps of glaze, paint from other projects and the wrong color! Owners accused us of putting them there before we left, but why would I put blue flecks I to the bottom of a bowl painted like a watermelon?? Owner would not issue refund and when trying to work something out with them the owner called me fat and stated that if he ever saw me on the property again he would hurt me.
