Orders never ready on time even if you call and they say it's ready, it's not. No Parking. The employees take up all the parking instead of street parking and using driveway for quick in and out pick ups.

My garage floor looks spectacular thanks to the terrific employees at Life Speciality Coatings. Everyone was most helpful in giving me advice and their product looks flawless on my floor. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this company!

We have been applying waterproof deck coating products for a long time and Life Specialty Coatings has excellent products. The Reps are great, always helpful, ready to answer all of my questions and they make sure that I have all that I need. They are very dependable. It's always a pleasure to work with Life Specialty Coatings. Monarch Deck Coatings, Orange County CA

Used them in late 2013. Now having issues and they refuse to return phone calls. Have called multiple times, left messages and emails. Do not trust the “life long warranty”- they don’t seem to stand behind it Adding an update- they responded after the first review. They called and came to see the issues. They then stated it was the painting contractor that applied the material wrong, and it was not their paint. They offered a few hundred dollars worth of free paint if we want to have everything removed and start over. The cost to remove the “bad” stucco and paint is several thousand dollars. The paint contractor has of course gone out of business. The paint may be fine- just proceed with caution Update 5/2020 This company has done more to help on a warranty issue than any other I have ever worked with. They came out to the house, looked at the issues, and eventually provided replacement paint at no charge. Our issue apparently stemmed from the method used to apply the stucco- so again, beware of who you use to apply the life paint- but the life paint company themselves is a stand up company that honors their promises.

This is the worst floor paint for concrete ever! I wish I could give it a -5 stars! I poured a brand-new concrete floor and waited two months for it to be completely cured. Then, I followed all directions explicitly for life paint. The floor has never been driven on. Just to be extra thorough, I power wash the floor., And let it dry. Then I acid etched the concrete., and wash it thoroughly, twice. I let it dry thoroughly. I primed the floor as directed. Then, I applied two coats of Life Paint. Within two years, the paint was peeling badly. Four years later, about 30% of the floor is peeled off. Needless to say, you cannot buy good quality concrete paint in California. At least, from my experience.
