Place is super clean with very friendly staff, quiet place which is very relaxing, they have their own small but very clean beach. The host of this place is extremely helpful and welcoming.

no problem with their check-in time, it's the usual 2pm. but their check-out is 10:00am and will add Php 500 per head if you go beyond. Rooms are air-conditioned except for the kitchen & living room.. you'll be sweating if you'll stay long. On the other side, the house is big and there's a stationed stay-out helper and and a security guard during night-shift
This place is suitable for large groups who want sto stay in a homey relaxed ambiance.
