An excellent experience at Aktivs. I am in town for a few days and needed a place to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Aktivs was perfect. Christian answered my whats app message straight away. He gave me the information i needed and booked me in for a session. The session itself was just what i needed. Christian adapts very well to the level of his students and caters for all present. He is very professional and good. he speaks excellent english and led the session in both Spanish and english (the latter for my benefit). If you are in Sta Cruz de Tenerife and need a place for Yoga, Aktivs is the answer

Classes are professional and yet so much fun! Teacher is encouraging and yet pushes you to be your best. Easy to talk to, approachable with a great sense of humour which makes the class more fun and the time passes by so quickly. I actually look forward to my workouts because of this. His knowledge and experience is quite vast and ranges from different aspects of fitness, health and wellness. Would definitely recommend it!

Great class. Led an Spanish and English, which must be a bit head-wrecking, yet was done smoothly and all felt very welcome. Great adjustments. I found the teacher very intuitive and supportive! Worth checking the weekly pass.
