Spain is one of those privileged places where national Healthcare is still a thing. When you go private you want a service that justifies the price tag Tinabana fails to deliver both a fast service and an adequate diagnostic. All smiles and good treatment but the medical professionals working inside are those who the public Healthcare didn't want to hire. Pathetic.

Had an appointment with a traumatologist. He did not bother to look at my history, or examine me, or ask questions. I had the dvds of tests completed and reports with me. In 2 minutes all he did was sign an insurance paper to send me to physio, where I'd already said after 10 sessions there was no improvement. This man was unprofessional and clearly just topping up his pension!!!! I wanted a second opinion not a wasted journey!!!

Llame para pedir cita al ginecólogo y me dieron cita a las 16:30 y llegue antes, hable con la asistente firme y le dije espero afuera en la puerta ya que con lo del covid no quiero estar en sitios cerrados mucho tiempo. A la hora me acerco y le pregunto y me dicen que quedan 2 paciente por delante. Mi pregunta es para que ponen hora si es por orden de llegada.

Poco respetuosos con el tiempo de los demás, cancelan una cita realizada hace dos meses el mismo día de la misma. Nos enteramos a la llegada. Hace unos días si que llamaron para confirmar mi asistencia pero hoy pierden número de teléfono o dicen que lo cogieron mal. A cada paciente una versión diferente. Podían tener la misma excusa para todos. Como profesionales no los Conozco pero mucho ha de cambiar el atendimiento para que vuelva.

De momento solo he ido a la dentista, resultado genial!! Trato inmejorable tanto de ella (Julia) como su ayudante, creo que se llamaba Nieves, trato, explicaciones y resultados increíbles... En tema calidad precios se sabe que los denristas no son baratos pero a lo que habia pagado por ahi la verdad que genial!! Por poner algun pero, diria que tuve que hacer cola fuera de 14 personas para hacer el pago.. Quizas opino que deberian tener alguna ventanilla para pagos.. Pero demás genial, me quedo con esta denrista
