During this covid crisis you expect agents to behave honestly and we expect them to live up to their reputation. Our cruise is on the 19th June 2021, they know full well that it’s not going to travel but they want you to pay for the cruise and take months to return your money like in 2020. They further want to charge cancelation fees and hold on to your deposit...do the right thing and refund us our money, this is a force majeure and this poor customer service will deter us from using Planet Cruise or Iglu Cruise again. Customers vote with their feet and many have covered to to use this company.. sadly I won’t recommend them to anyone, shameful behaviour

Ship: Royal Princess. Traditional style of cruising. Service was as expected but we did find the staff to be a bit unenthusiastic. Would have liked a few more smiles and nice words. Food was great and better than other cruise ships. For casual dining we especially liked the pizza place next to the pools on deck 16. Fresh delicious pizza slices all day! Our favorite was the movies under the stars. Modern movies on the big screen, complete with popcorn and drinks! Super fun.

Customer service representative is rude and ignorant. Free phone toll number cannot reach, so have to call office number. Once explained problems details then the first representative forwarded to another department and as repeated story for another time and too many times then no response and the line was cut off by them. No response and resolution until I contacted my credit card company and issues were solved and they called back apologized. A few conversations on phone is continued by racist attitude and ignorant senior staff who was on the other line. The word like yellow was used ‘Asian way of course’,.! I totally sick of your recruitment way and choice of selection. Had good time cruised but this has nothing to do with the management and customer relations and after sales service .! Same as on board, staff and crew outside the customer relations desk is very friendly nice& helpful, staff at the buffet, swimming pool area, other departments, etc; is attentive and worth my gratitude. But at customer relations desk, staff only talk to your credit card, not you. They don’t even say thank you, yelled at customers, people lined up to pay but the passengers looked very angry and some seemed depressed unlike when they were in other areas. Well, strangely experienced the same impression at the lotto desk on the cruise. Pathetic people behind desk really. Why don’t you have online option onboard so you don’t have to hire these idiot people behind help desk?, as they aren’t not helpful at all.

Sailed 10 days over Xmas 2019 from San Francisco to Mexico and back on the Grand Princess. Overall, great cruise! Hard working helpful personable staff, great food, good to excellent entertainment and excellent movie selections in our cabin and great shore excursions. I'll be onboard again.
