This is where i bought a house .. good choice for your family..
Good place, it's like a small town. You can buy anything you want to eat along the streets
This small middle class subdivision is where I grew up and spent most of my childhood. I could say that this is a complete community, where everything a person needs can be accessed easily, e.g. mini supermarkets, fresh produce, transportation service, etc. I should also say that just like any other place in the Philippines, this place became densely populated, and so crime rates started to rise. These crimes include: robbery, drugs, marijuana, and prostitution. As part of the domino effect, neighbours tend to be snobs and ignore one another. Doors and windows will be closed more often than open, and community activities in the night will be lessened. It is recommended that a home-owner leave a light open to light up the front of their property, or else loiters will flock on the dark streets and start their illicit activities. Ever since I have known it, no security measures are taken and enforced by the management of this real estate, at least none that lasts long.
