I struggled with depression for years and have tried therapy before. This time I found the right psychologist. Luisa helped me understand how some of my thinking was making me miserable. She helped me cope with my depression and other personal issues. She understood me because she listens and I know she has the education, skills and compassion to help people who need help. I felt comfortable opening up to her because she is caring and understanding. I have noticed myself improve in my thoughts and mood. I am improving and feeling better and healthier. I still have room for improvement, but I know I am moving forward, which is very positive.
Luisa Conteras is truly an amazing psychotherapist and has helped my life in so many ways!
