Kuya Edgar, as of the time of this writing, is a former Barangay captain, & owns 2 boats namely Princess Rona 1 & 2. You can ask him personally regarding the rates going to Palaui island, as well as the other islands in the Babuyan group of islands like Camiguin Norte & Babuyan Claro. Now to his eatery. You get a hefty amount of rice & nice home-cooked dishes for a very cheap price. His place may not be that much appealing, but his great hospitality sure is. He is the husband of the woman who runs Sunrise Homestay Palaui. The eatery used to be called "Nanay Soling Eatery" which is what Google Maps Street View will tell you.
