This modern train station is somewhat unique on the Ligurian coast. It’s a fair walk from the station entrance to the platforms - if you have short strides, heavy luggage or are not particularly fast, allow yourself up to 15 minutes.

Very good service!
Engineering feat deep inside a hill. From the gate to the platform is a 400 metre walk. Take that into consideration time wise when catching a train.
Stupid concept with one kilometer to walk (underground) from the ticket counters to the platforms. There are people movers like in airports, but the ones towards the train were out of service. Very helpful when you are in a hurry to catch the train! If they had only switched the direction of the other set of functional moving walkways!
