An authentic Japanese restaurant run by Japanese people and not Filipinos. The fish is fresh. The serving exquisite. The taste magnificent. No more superlatives. Menu is available in English, with explanation. Servers speak french and English. So all in all, the perfect sushi experience in Paris.

Great small Japanese restautant, good sushi
Went for lunch and ordered their sashimi special. It was wonderful to eat a variety of the freshest fish in an authentic Japanese eatery. My favorite was the fatty tuna that literally melts in your mouth.
Great Japanese restaurant. Sashimis are perfect. Many interesting dishes with roe and fish liver. Not expensive compared to Paris Japanese restaurant of similar quality.
It's a real Japanese restaurant, with real Japanese food such as sashimi, sushi etc.

Had a real pleasure visiting Sanki restaurant. Sashimi I am a real fan of, was exceptionally fresh. Considering fact there are plenty places in Paris that relies on Citi's reputation rather than on a food quality I am giving Sanki 5 deserved *.
